Again, the Black Power are similar to the Mongrel Mob in many ways, possibly one difference is that the Black Power don't usually start as much trouble as the Mongrel Mob, they do have similar initiation rights and such, but don't usually go on to be as troublesome..
The Black Power is also a country wide gang with regional "chapters" like the Mongrel Mob, I suspect there may be fewer of their members in prison due to their not being so troublesome, some times members only committed crimes in order to balance the numbers in prison, for example, if there was to many Mongrel Mob members in one prison a few Black Power members would commit crimes in the hopes of balancing the gang member numbers out a little and help keep their friends safe of course..
