I've boned a nice piece of lamb, it's now cooking slowly with some thyme on it, the veges are ready to cook and the apple crumbles made, I just have to finish making the custard..

t looks like I'm living on sandwiches for a while, there's ham, cold roast beef, corned beef and lamb to choose from.. All the salad ingredients are super cheap at present and with it being so hot it's good not having to cook, the meats are frozen in meal size lots so it's just a matter of taking out what I need for the next day each evening.. Lamb today I think..

Got a nice big piece of rump roasting away slowly, should be much more tender than a piece of topside beef once coked, just have to do the veges shortly I may finish off the berry & apple crumble I made yesterday too..
