I was a chef, then head chef for some 40 years, I'd then go home and cook for 5 kids and my partner and myself, as a result I'm very much still in the habit of cooking to much, so I end up freezing meals rather than waste them now, I always have at least 4 meals in the freezer at any one time, I can't seem to get out of the habit of cooling to much, it is handy for those days when I can't be bothered cooking or I'm not feeling the best, but some things like the fish pie I made yesteday don't freeze very well, I don't usually eat the same thing 2 days in a row either, can't waste it though..

Does anyone else have the same problem of cooking more than will be eaten in one sitting? What do you do with any leftovers you have, do you freeze them or just have them the next day?
