Ingredients.

600 g Chicken tenderloins, boneless, breasts or thighs, cut into 3cm pieces
10 rashers Streaky bacon, cut in half
1 cup Homemade tomato sauce, to serve.


Directions

1 Preheat oven to 220C fanbake and line an oven tray with baking paper for easy clean-up.

2 Wrap bacon around each chicken piece and secure with toothpicks or skewers.

3 Arrange in a single layer on prepared tray and bake until chicken is cooked through and bacon is starting to get crispy (12-15 minutes).

4 Serve accompanied by tomato sauce.
