Ingredients
250g free-range bacon, diced
300g pitted prunes, roughly chopped
100g fresh bread, crumbed in food processor
30g butter, melted
Method
Fry bacon and put into a bowl. Add chopped prunes, breadcrumbs and butter. Add a pinch of salt. Then put back into food processor and give it a few pulses to bring it together. Chef's tip: Indian supermarkets seem to have the best prunes.
